The Faro Poros is a large ceiling fan with an integrated LED light, built for rooms that need real airflow. Its wide blade span and steel body give it a confident, architectural profile, while the DC motor keeps it running quietly through every speed setting.

The Poros pairs a white steel body with blades finished in a wood effect, giving it warmth without going fully rustic. A glass diffuser softens the integrated LED, keeping the light even rather than glary. It suits both contemporary rooms and softer, natural schemes, sitting comfortably alongside warm wood tones, pale walls or exposed brick.

How It Works

Poros runs on a DC motor with six speed settings, all controlled from the remote control included in the box. The integrated 15W LED light sits behind a glass diffuser and can also be dimmed from the same remote. Airflow is rated at 246 cubic metres per minute, which is 6244 CFM, giving it plenty of pulling power for a room of this size.

With a blade span of 1320mm, Poros is built for larger rooms up to around 17.6 square metres, think open plan living spaces, larger bedrooms or bigger home offices where a smaller fan would struggle to move enough air. At 370mm total height, it still sits comfortably under standard ceiling heights.

Faro Barcelona's ceiling fan business began in the 1980s, when the founder's son travelled to Hong Kong to find new products and partners, a trip that helped Faro become Spain's first major ceiling fan importer. The company later moved from importing other people's designs to creating its own, working with industrial designers from its studio near Barcelona in Castellbisbal while production runs through a global network of manufacturing partners.
