Just Fan XL is Faro Barcelona's largest take on its industrial style fan, with a 178cm blade span that suits rooms from around 28 square metres and up. It keeps the same clean, understated lines as the rest of the Just Fan range, just scaled up for bigger spaces where a standard sized fan would look lost.

Matt Black Finish

The motor housing is finished in matt black steel, giving it a strong, industrial look overhead. The blades are moulded from polycarbonate, a light and durable material that helps keep the overall weight manageable despite the fan's size. This matt black tone works well against exposed brick, dark ceiling beams and other industrial style interiors.

How It Works

Just Fan XL runs on a low consumption DC motor with 6 speed settings, operated entirely by the remote control included in the box. It has a summer and winter reverse function, so the blades can push cool air down in warmer months and circulate warm air back into the room in winter, helping your heating work a little harder for you. Faro rates its airflow at 175.35m³ per minute, or 6,190 CFM.

With its 178cm span, Just Fan XL is built for large open plan living rooms, double height spaces and bigger commercial or hospitality interiors where a compact fan wouldn't have the presence or the airflow to match the room.

Faro Barcelona's ceiling fan business dates back to the 1980s, when the founder's son travelled to Hong Kong to find new products and manufacturing partners, a trip that helped Faro become Spain's first major ceiling fan importer. The company later moved from importer to design house, commissioning its own fan collections from independent designers and developing them from its studio near Barcelona, in Castellbisbal, while manufacturing runs through a global supply network. Materials are chosen product by product, from steel and aluminium bodies to timber or polycarbonate blades, and Just Fan XL's steel housing paired with polycarbonate blades reflects that same approach.
