The DOME floor lamp lifts the collection's gloss white hemisphere onto a tall, slender satin black stem with a tripod base. Standing quietly beside a chair or sofa, it brings the same warm, mushroom shaded glow down to eye and floor level, a graceful full height reading of Faro Lab's 1970s inspired design.

The opaline dome pours a soft, downward light that is comfortable to sit beside, while the fine black column and three legged base keep the whole piece looking light on its feet. The dark metal against the glowing white shade gives it a clean, sculptural silhouette from across the room.

How it works

The lamp uses a single E27 bulb, supplied separately, and is dimmable with a compatible bulb and dimmer, so you can tune it from task light to background glow. It is supplied with a cable, plug and inline switch, ready to position and use.

Where it works best

It is at its best next to a reading chair or at the end of a sofa, where the shade sits at a comfortable height to light a book or a corner. It also works as a soft anchor beside a console or in a hallway, and moves easily as your layout changes.
