This Farnley pendant swaps clear or smoke glass for amber, giving off a warmer, almost honeyed light once the 84 lamps behind it are switched on. The polished nickel frame keeps the whole piece looking crisp and reflective, so the warmth comes entirely from the glass rather than the metalwork. Stepped across four tiers up to a full metre wide, it has plenty of scale to work as a genuine centrepiece.

How It Works

There are 84 G9 lamps fitted across the tiers, each rated to 10W maximum, and bulbs are sold separately. It is dimmable as long as you use dimmable lamps with a suitable dimmer switch. The fitting is wired to Class I standard, so it needs an earth connection when installed. With an IP20 rating, it is intended for dry indoor rooms only and should not be used anywhere exposed to moisture.

This is a pendant for rooms with height, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways with a decent drop all suit it well. Because it is rated IP20, keep it out of bathrooms and other damp spaces and stick to dry, indoor rooms.
