It's dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer, and requires an earth connection as it's Class I rated.

No. This is a floor to ceiling statement piece. You need a genuinely tall space, like a two storey entrance hall or dramatic stairwell, to do it justice.

How many bulbs do I actually need to use?
That's up to you. 32 holders gives you lots of flexibility. Start with a few and add more until you reach the brightness you want.

Do you deliver everywhere?
