How It Works

Two E27 lamp holders hold GLS bulbs up to 60W each, giving you plenty of light output when you need it. The fitting is Class I wired, requiring an earth connection. Because each shade is individually made, cut and assembled by hand rather than cast or moulded in a factory. The labour involved and the quality of the glass all contribute to the price, but you're paying for craftsmanship and uniqueness.

Will the colour fade if the light is left on constantly?
Tiffany glass is designed to withstand exposure to light without fading, though like any coloured glass it may show subtle changes over many decades of use. This is part of the natural ageing process rather than a defect.
