Can I paint this with any paint?
Any interior wall paint will adhere to gypsum. Use emulsion, eggshell, or acrylic finishes as you would on plasterboard. Avoid exterior paints and high gloss finishes that would look out of place on a wall.

What kind of bulb should I use?
A GU10 spotlight bulb is needed. LED GU10 spotlights are efficient and stay cool, making them ideal for this application. The 35W rating is a maximum, so you can use anything from 5W LED up to 35W.

Is installation easy or does it need a sparkie?
Installation does require basic electrical work to connect the lighting circuit. You'll need to either have an electrician install it or be competent with household electrical work yourself.
