Smoked glass shades bring a moodier tone to this three light linear pendant, each of the three 20cm tubular shades ribbed for texture and set against a black chrome frame. The dark glass tints the light rather than blocking it, so you still get good spread from the three E27 lamp holders, just with a softer, more atmospheric edge.

The black chrome finish reads quite contemporary and would suit a modern kitchen, especially hung above an island where the linear shape can follow the worktop. It also works well over a dining table for evening meals. Add three E27 bulbs to complete it, warm white tends to suit the smoked glass best.
