A single E27 lamp sits inside the brass cone, with the clear glass outer doing the work of spreading the light around as it travels downward rather than focusing it in a beam. It's dimmable with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer, and wired to Class I electrical standards which means it needs an earth connection. IP20 rated for dry indoor areas only.

Is the glass prone to condensation?
Clear glass can sometimes show moisture on the inside in very humid kitchens, especially if you're running a lot of steam from cooking. Wiping it occasionally keeps it clear. If condensation is persistent, adequate ventilation and dehumidification help.

Can I use it as a pair?
Yes. Many people use two Pentire pendants either side of a kitchen island or above a dining table. The matching brass and glass work well repeated.

What if I want a warmer light colour?
Choose a warm white LED bulb (2700K colour temperature) to complement the warm brass frame. You'll get both the warm metal and warm light working together for a cosy result.
