Choosing Your Finish

Blue glass in traditional stained glass style is paired with antique brass, a combination that reads as warm and lived in rather than clinical or cold. The brass has a soft lustre that ages naturally over time, so the finish actually improves with use. You adjust the drop length during installation to suit your ceiling, with up to 186.5cm of adjustable suspension wire available.

How It Works

Three E27 lamp holders sit beneath each shade, each taking a standard screw fit bulb up to 60W. The fitting uses Class I electrical wiring, which requires an earth connection when you install it. If you pair dimmable bulbs with a compatible dimmer switch, you can vary the light level to suit the moment. Its IP20 rating means the fitting is designed for dry indoor spaces and cannot be exposed to moisture or steam.

Where It Works Best

The length of this pendant makes it perfect for kitchen islands, dining tables or kitchen counter runs where you want light spread across a stretch. It works equally well as a feature light in hallways with high ceilings, or hanging above a seating area in a living room where the height allows the shades to sit at eye level or below without obstruction. You will ideally want at least 2 metres of ceiling height for proper proportions.

Design Details

Each shade starts with hand cut pieces of coloured glass joined with traditional lead came, a process that gives every shade subtle variations in character. The combination of resin, iron and aluminium in the frame provides stable support for the glass weight while keeping the overall assembly manageable. Faceted crystal details between the shades were chosen to enhance the light catching properties of the cut glass rather than simply duplicate its sparkle.
