This adjustable downlight recesses into the ceiling with a neat matt white fascia and a 70mm cutout, and it is fire rated for peace of mind where downlights pass through a ceiling. Inside is a flicker free 7W integral LED with Triac dimming and CCT switching, so you can pick the colour temperature that suits the room rather than being locked into one white tone. The head tilts, which is handy for angling light onto a worktop, feature wall or picture.
With an IP65 rating, this downlight is safe to use in bathroom zones 1 and 2, as well as kitchens, hallways and living rooms. That makes it a practical choice for a shower ceiling or over a bath as well as general downlighting elsewhere in the house.
