A single E27 socket holds your chosen bulb (not supplied), sitting behind the frosted glass which softens and spreads the light evenly. The fitting is wired to Class I, requiring an earth connection during installation. You can hang it anywhere between the ceiling and 130cm below, giving you flexibility to find the right height for your space.

What's the difference between frosted and clear glass?
Frosted glass has a textured surface that scatters light evenly, so you don't see the bright bulb filament. Clear glass lets you see right through, which some people like and others find too bright.

Can I use a warm or cool bulb in this?
Yes, any colour temperature E27 bulb works. The frosted glass softens whatever light colour you choose, so a warm white bulb will give a cosy glow and a cool white will feel more businesslike.

How low can I hang it above a table?
You can hang it as low as 130cm from the ceiling, which works for most standard dining tables. Anything much lower and you might find the light in your line of sight when eating.
