Stretching 99cm across the ceiling, this three light linear fitting holds three textured prismatic glass shades on an antique brass bar. The aged brass has a warm, slightly weathered tone that complements darker paint colours and timber beautifully. Like other Maida pieces, it can hang low as a pendant or sit higher as a semi flush depending on your space.

How It Works

Three E27 bulbs rated to 20W maximum each (bulbs not supplied) sit behind the prismatic glass shades. The fitting is dimmable if you use dimmable bulbs with a suitable dimmer switch. It wires to Class I standard, requiring an earth connection. The IP20 rating means it is for dry indoor use only, suitable for kitchens and dining areas but not for bathrooms or anywhere prone to steam or splashing water.

Where It Works Best

This linear pendant shines over longer dining tables, generous kitchen islands or wider kitchen countertops. The 99cm length suits islands and tables in the 1.5m to 2m range. The three points of light distribute illumination evenly without dark spots or bright hotspots. It works equally well in contemporary or traditional kitchens. Given its IP20 rating, bathrooms are not appropriate for this fitting.

Yes. The Maida range includes a two light linear model if you have a smaller space or island that would suit 75cm rather than 99cm.

Can I run the lights independently, with just one or two on?
No, all three lights are on the same circuit so they turn on and off together. If you want independent control, you would need to specify that at installation.

How much electrical clearance do I need above this fitting?
The maximum drop is 136cm, meaning you need at least that distance from the ceiling to the top of the shade. Check your ceiling height at installation to make sure it fits comfortably.
