Two E27 lamp holders sit beneath the polished nickel frame, each capable of taking bulbs rated to 20W maximum. An adaptor is required for installation. It's wired to Class I electrical standards, requiring an earth connection. The IP20 rating means it's designed for dry indoor spaces only, with no protection against moisture, so it's not suitable for bathrooms or damp areas.

The low profile makes this especially suited to hallways, landings and bedrooms where ceiling height is limited, though it works equally well in dining rooms and kitchens where you want a touch more presence than a plain ceiling light but don't need the substantial drop of a pendant.
