How It Works

One E27 bulb rated to 20W maximum (bulb sold separately) sits inside the frosted shade. The fitting is dimmable provided you fit dimmable bulbs and use a compatible dimmer switch. It wires to Class I standards, which means an earth connection is needed during installation. The IP20 rating means it is suitable for dry indoor walls only, not for bathrooms or anywhere exposed to steam or splashing water.

Can I mount this vertically as well as horizontally?
Yes. The bracket can be installed with the glass below it, above it, or to either side, depending on where you want the light to point and how you want it to look on your wall.

Is this shade shatterproof?
No, it is standard glass and will break if dropped or struck hard, so take care during installation and avoid knocking it once it is fitted.

How far does it stick out from the wall?
The projection is 21.5cm, so it protrudes a fair distance from the wall. Check you have clearance if it is going over a side table or dresser.
