How It Works

A 12W integrated LED at the centre produces 498 lumens of warm 3000K light, which spreads evenly across the round face plate courtesy of the frosted acrylic diffuser. There's no separate bulb to buy or replace, and the brightness is fixed at a single level that doesn't work with dimmer switches. Electrically it's Class I, meaning it needs an earth connection at installation. With an IP20 rating, it's designed for dry indoor rooms only and shouldn't be exposed to moisture.

The IP20 rating keeps it confined to dry areas, so bathrooms and other damp spaces are unsuitable. Why offset a round shape at all?
The slight imbalance makes it more visually interesting than a perfectly centred circle, adding a subtle design element to what might otherwise feel very ordinary.

Can I centre it if I prefer symmetry?
The mounting is fixed offset, but you could swap the round plate for a different shape if you'd prefer a centred, more formal geometry from the Kingsley range.

Is the bulb easy to replace?
The LED isn't replaceable as it's sealed into the fitting. You'll get years of use from it without needing any bulb changes.
