Kingsley uses a magnetic base rather than fixed screws, so you can slide the fitting into position and adjust it later without redoing any wiring. This hexagonal version measures 15 by 19cm and comes in a warm coffee finish with a frosted acrylic diffuser that turns the integral LED into a soft, even glow rather than a hard beam.

Choosing Your Finish

Here it's finished in a warm coffee brown, which sits comfortably in both warm and neutral colour schemes. The same shape may also be produced in other tones across the range, so there's room to match it to existing metalwork if coffee isn't quite right for your space.

How It Works

A single 12W integrated LED sits behind the frosted acrylic diffuser, giving a diffused light rather than a direct source, and it's built in rather than a bulb you'd need to replace. This fitting isn't dimmable. It's wired to Class I standards, so it needs an earth connection when it's installed. With an IP20 rating, it's intended for dry indoor rooms only.

Where It Works Best

It works well in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways, especially either side of a bed or grouped along a wall as a decorative run of light. As it's rated IP20, this isn't one for bathrooms or anywhere it might get splashed.
