A Bright Gold Frame Around a Cylinder of Glass Rods
The Heather pendant gathers clear, ribbed glass rods into a neat cylinder and edges it with two slim rings in a bright, warm French gold. The ceiling plate and chain match, so the whole fitting reads as one piece. The sizes run from 17.5cm up to 30cm across, and the pendant can drop as far as 122cm from the ceiling, so check your space before you choose. One E27 lamp sits at the centre of the glass.
Choosing Your Size and Finish
French gold is the brightest of the three Heather finishes. In the photos the rings, chain and ceiling plate have a glossy, polished look rather than a soft, aged one, which gives the clear glass a little sparkle. It suits blush, deep green or navy walls, and pairs well with other gold or brass details. Pick the slim 17.5 x 25cm, or the wider 21 x 20cm or 30 x 20cm. How It Works
The pendant uses a standard E27 lamp, one per fitting, and there is no integrated LED. Dimming is possible if you fit a suitable dimmable lamp and use a compatible dimmer. It is a Class I fitting and it requires an earth connection. We would always recommend having it installed by a qualified electrician.
Where It Works Best
This French gold glass pendant light looks good in a bedroom, either side of the bed for a hotel style feel, or in a dressing area. It also suits an entrance hall, a landing or a spot above a console table, where the gold adds a welcome glint. With a drop of up to 122cm, it can hang low over furniture or high in a taller room. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor spaces.

It comes in diameters of 17.5cm, 21cm and 30cm. The drop is up to 121.5cm on the smallest size and up to 122cm on the other two, so it can hang quite low.
Is the French gold finish shiny?
