How It Works

It takes a single E27 bulb, up to 20W, which is sold separately rather than included. It's dimmable, provided you use a dimmable bulb with a compatible dimmer, and it's wired to Class I standards, so the installation needs an earth connection. Rated IP54, it's protected against dust and splashing water from any direction, which covers both outdoor use and bathroom zones 1 and 2 indoors.

Design Details

The Harwater design uses a die cast aluminium body paired with a polycarbonate diffuser, a combination chosen for its durability outdoors rather than for looks alone. The tubular shape keeps the light source hidden behind the diffuser, so what you see is an even strip of glow rather than a visible bulb.
