Questions People Ask

How much headroom do I need for this chandelier?
At 23cm tall plus whatever chain length you use, you need good ceiling height to make it work proportionally. Allow at least 200cm from floor to bottom of chandelier in a living room, or 180cm in a dining room where people are mostly seated.

Is K9 crystal as good as higher grades?
K9 crystal is a good middle ground: it has excellent clarity and sparkle, performs well in normal domestic lighting, and is more durable and easier to care for than premium grade crystals. Unless you are going for very high end formal crystal chandeliers, K9 is a sensible choice.

Can I mix bulb wattages?
Technically yes, you can install some sockets with 15W bulbs and others with 20W bulbs. However, for a balanced aesthetic it is better to use all the same wattage, then use dimming to control the overall light level rather than creating visual asymmetry with mixed brightness levels.
