Its rounded profile gives a softer look than a straight cylinder, letting light spread out gently rather than in a single downward beam.
Because it is sold as the shade only, it is a handy option if you want to update the look of an existing Epping pendant or bar light, or need a spare for a room such as a living room, dining area or hallway. Fitting is straightforward and suited to anyone comfortable swapping a lampshade at the holder.
