Prismatic Glass Facets Along a Linear Frame
Three lamp holders sit along a polished nickel bar on this linear pendant, each one wrapped in a 33.5cm shade of prismatic glass that catches and scatters light across multiple small facets. The interplay between the cool metal bar and the cut glass creates a contemporary look that still feels warm once lit, making it a strong choice where you need light distributed evenly across a length.
Choosing Your Finish
The frame is polished nickel, a bright metallic finish that reads as clean and modern in any kitchen or dining scheme. The shades are clear glass with prismatic cuts that multiply and scatter the light from the bulbs, so the shade itself becomes as much a design feature as a light source.
How It Works
Three E27 lamp holders take standard GLS bulbs up to 60W each, though lower wattage bulbs will give a gentler light output. The fitting is wired to Class I standards, requiring an earth connection as part of installation. The IP20 rating means it's designed for dry interior spaces and shouldn't be exposed to water spray or humidity, making it unsuitable for bathrooms or areas near cooking.
Where It Works Best
This pendant is built for spots that need light spread evenly along a line. A kitchen island is the obvious choice, where the three heads can illuminate a counter from end to end, but it works just as well hung low over a long dining table. The linear geometry makes it a statement piece above any surface where you want both practical illumination and visual interest.
Design Details
Linear pendants work by spreading light along their length rather than concentrating it in one spot, which is why the three heads sit so far apart along the frame. The prismatic glass adds another layer of visual complexity, with each facet catching the light differently depending on the angle and the time of day. The result is a fitting that reads as architectural rather than purely decorative.

Questions People Ask
Is this pendant long enough for my kitchen island?
The span is 123.7cm, so it will work over most islands, though you should measure your counter space to be sure. If you need a shorter version, there are other linear options in the Epping range.
Will the prismatic glass diffuse the light enough for a dining table?
Yes. While the glass scatters light across multiple facets, it still lets plenty of brightness through. Three bulbs are also enough to give good overall illumination for dining purposes.
Can I mount this above a kitchen island if my ceiling isn't high?
The maximum drop is 185cm, so you need that much clearance. If your ceiling is lower, you may not have enough space, so measure before committing to this pendant.
