Fabula Chatsworth Oval Mesh Outdoor LED Wall Light IP65

Rows of Little Ovals That Scatter Soft Light

Two bands of small oval holes, set out in tight, even rows, wrap around the top and bottom of this outdoor LED wall light. The light passes through them and lands on the wall as a fine scatter of dots, a little like a perforated screen. A plain section in the middle keeps the design calm. It is an IP65 rated fitting, so it is made for outdoor walls.

Choosing Your Size and Finish

You can choose Anthracite, a deep charcoal, or Cacao, a rich chocolate brown. Both show a gold toned inner through the perforations, so the surface sparkles gently where the light hits it. Anthracite is a natural partner for stone, slate and grey render, while Cacao feels at home against timber and warm brick. The two sizes are 12.5 x 26cm and 16 x 30.5cm. The smaller one is tidy enough for narrow walls beside doors, and the larger one suits a wider stretch of wall.

Sizes, Finishes and Specifications

How It Works

Inside the fitting there are two integrated LEDs. They give around 900 lumens of 3000K warm white light, with a CRI above 80, shining out through the perforated bands. As the LEDs are built in, there are no bulbs to buy or replace. It is not dimmable. This is a Class II fitting. We would always recommend having it installed by a qualified electrician.

Where It Works Best

The IP65 rating makes it suitable for outdoor walls. The dotted light is soft and a little less graphic than a slotted design, so it suits a welcoming porch, a garden wall, a conservatory side or a patio where you want a gentle, textured glow. It is a good match for a traditional home as well as a modern one. Fit a pair either side of a front door for a warm, symmetrical entrance.
