The fitting takes seven E14 candle bulbs, 20W maximum each, which aren't included and will need to be bought separately. It's dimmable when fitted with dimmable bulbs, though you'll also need a compatible dimmer switch to get the full effect. Electrically it's Class I, meaning it needs to be earthed as part of installation. With an IP20 rating, it's built for dry indoor spaces only, with no protection against moisture, so it isn't suitable for a bathroom or anywhere it could get splashed.
