How It Works

It takes a single E27 bulb, 20W maximum, which isn't supplied so you'll need to pick one up separately. It can be dimmed, but only if you fit dimmable bulbs and pair the fitting with a compatible dimmer switch. Electrically it's Class I, which means it needs an earth connection as part of a proper installation. The IP20 rating tells you it's meant for dry indoor rooms only, so it isn't something to fit in a bathroom or anywhere it might get splashed.

Where It Works Best

Thanks to the adjustable drop, Bushfields works well over a dining table where you want the light pulled down low, or higher up as general lighting in a living room, bedroom or hallway. It also suits a stairwell nicely, where a single confident pendant can fill a tall, awkward space better than several smaller fittings. As it's IP20 rated, keep it out of bathrooms and other damp rooms.
