How It Works

A single E27 lamp holder takes a bulb up to 20W (bulbs not included), and it's dimmable if you fit a dimmable bulb and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch. It's wired to Class I standards, so it needs an earth connection when installed. The IP54 rating means it's protected against splashing water from any direction, which covers rain, spray and general outdoor weather.

Where It Works Best

Being rated for outdoor use, it's a good fit beside a front door, along a garden path or anywhere else exposed to the elements. That same IP54 rating also covers bathroom zones 1 and 2, so it can be fitted indoors near a sink or shower if you'd rather use it there.
