Will the LED last forever?
LED technology is extremely durable. This fitting comes with a 3 year warranty and you can expect the LED to run reliably for many thousands of hours. Eventual replacement would require professional electrical work, but that point is years away.

Can I use this in a kitchen or bathroom?
Not the bathroom with its IP20 rating, but it works well as accent lighting in a kitchen. For bathroom use, look for our IP44 rated fittings instead.

What's the coverage of the light?
The 12W LED spreads light along the entire curve of the fitting, creating soft illumination across the wall rather than a concentrated beam. It's designed for ambient light rather than task lighting.
