Each of the three heads takes a GU10 bulb rated up to 10W, not included, and the fitting is dimmable if you use dimmable GU10 bulbs. It's built to Class I electrical standards, so it needs an earth connection when installed. With an IP20 rating, it's designed purely for dry indoor spaces, so it isn't intended for bathrooms or anywhere it might get wet.
