This is a floor lamp built for presence. The 40cm octagonal Tiffany shade carries grey and cream glass panels with curved coloured tips for that classic stained glass aesthetic, and small crystal accents sit along the rim catching light. Standing on a two light base, it throws soft, warm illumination rather than a sharp, functional beam.

How It Works

Two E27 lamp holders in the base, each taking a maximum of 60W, feed the light up through the Tiffany shade. It's wired to Class II electrical standards and controlled by a foot switch at the base for easy on/off. The bulbs are dimmable if you use dimmable bulbs with a compatible dimmer. IP20 means it's for dry indoor use only.

Where It Works Best

This lamp is designed for living rooms and bedrooms where it can stand as a real focal point beside a reading chair, in a corner or near the end of a sofa. At 157.5cm tall and 40.5cm across, it needs a bit of breathing room and shouldn't be squeezed into a tight space. It works better as a secondary light source in the evening, creating atmosphere rather than trying to light an entire room.

The octagonal shade is made from hand-cut Tiffany glass in grey and cream, with resin, iron and K9 crystal elements. The construction is substantial (6kg total weight), giving it real stability underfoot and presence in a room. Is this lamp heavy and stable?
Yes, at 6kg it's quite substantial and sits solidly on any normal floor. The foot switch is within easy reach when you're sitting in an adjacent chair, and the whole lamp feels well balanced.

How much light does it throw?
With two 60W bulbs it can provide a fair amount of light, but the coloured glass naturally softens and warms it. Most people use this as a secondary light source in the evening rather than primary room lighting. LED bulbs will be more economical.

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?
