Endon Twist Table Lamp - Satin Almond White Paint & Ikat 25cm Marlin Blue Fabric Shade

A Barley Twist Base In Soft White With A Blue Ikat Shade

The Twist table lamp has a slim, rope like twisted stem painted a soft almond white, topped with a 25cm pleated shade in a bold marlin blue and white ikat print. It is a compact lamp with a lot of personality, the kind of thing that lifts a plain bedside table or console without needing anything else around it.

Satin Almond White Resin And A Hand Pleated Marlin Blue Shade

The base is cast in resin so the barley twist detail is crisp all the way up the stem, then finished in a satin almond white paint that reads as warm off white rather than stark white. A brass finish lamp holder sits at the top, with the cable entering neatly at the base.

The shade is handmade with gathered pleats in a tapered shape, cut from digitally printed faux silk in a marlin blue ikat pattern, a deep blue with feathered white and teal shapes running through it. Taped edges and a plain inner lining keep the print sharp when the lamp is off and give a soft, even glow when it is on.

How It Works

This is a plug in table lamp. It takes one E14 small screw fitting LED bulb, which is not supplied, and it is not dimmable. There is an inline on off switch on the 1.5 metre cream braided cable, and the lamp is supplied with a European two pin plug and a UK three pin adapter. The base arrives assembled and the shade simply sits over the lamp holder.

Where It Works Best

At 51.5cm tall and 25cm across the shade, the Twist is sized for a bedside table, a hallway console or a side table next to a sofa. The almond white base is easy to place and the marlin blue shade adds a strong accent, so it suits rooms with navy, white or natural wood already in them, and pairs well with the matching Twist floor lamp if you want the same look standing in a corner.
