A Rippled Brass Disc With A Simple White Shade
The Ripple Curve wall light takes its name from the backplate, a round sand cast disc with concentric rings that catch the light like ripples on water. From it, a slender curved arm sweeps out and up to a 16cm tapered shade in vintage white fabric. The result is an antique brass wall light that feels quietly traditional without any fuss.
Antique Brass And A Vintage White Cotton Mix Shade
The circular wall back is hand crafted from solid cast steel and finished in a brass patina. The surface is soft and slightly mottled, as old brass should be, and the ringed detail gives it real depth in daylight. The arm is steel in the same antique brass tone and ends in an authentic brass B22 lamp holder.
The Ivy shade is handmade from a vintage white cotton mix fabric with a tapered profile and taped top and bottom edges in a contrasting almond white. It is a subtle pairing of two off white tones, so the shade reads as plain from across the room and shows its detail close up. Lit, the fabric gives a soft, creamy glow.
How It Works
This is a hardwired, wall mounted fitting rated Class I. It takes one B22 bayonet LED bulb of up to 7W, which is not included, and it is dimmable when fitted with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. The shade comes in its own box and sits over the lamp holder once the wall fitting is in place.

It measures 19cm high and 16cm wide, and projects 25.5cm from the wall. That makes it a gentle accent light rather than the main source in a room. It suits a bedside, a landing or hallway, or a pair either side of a chimney breast or a mirror.
