The Ortona pendant brings together five vintage white fabric shades set out in a tiered arrangement around a matt antique brass plate frame, giving it a fuller, more sculptural silhouette than a single shade fitting. The frame is finished in matt antique brass plate, a warm, softly aged tone that sits comfortably with the vintage white fabric shades. Steel gives the frame its structure, while the fabric diffuses the light and adds texture, so it pairs naturally with other brass or gold details in the room.
How It Works
Five E14 candle bulbs sit inside the fabric shades, bulbs are not supplied, so the light is filtered through the fabric for a soft, warm glow rather than a bright, exposed one. The pendant is wired to Class I electrical standards and works with dimmable bulbs if you choose to fit them, so you can adjust the mood in the room. The drop can be set anywhere from 50cm up to 200cm and the fitting spans 74cm across, giving flexibility for both high and low ceilings.
