Chrome Plate Meets Soft White Silicone

The body is made from steel and aluminium, finished in a bright chrome plate that catches the light and suits most bathroom hardware and mirrors. Against it sits a white silicone diffuser, which softens the LED into an even, comfortable glow rather than a hard point of light.

How It Works

Astral has a 12W integrated LED built in, producing 440 lumens at a warm 3000K colour temperature. Because the LED is integrated, there's no separate bulb to source or replace over its lifetime. It isn't dimmable, and it's wired to Class II electrical standards. Simple assembly is included, and as with all bathroom lighting, we'd always recommend having it installed by a registered NICEIC electrician.

With an IP44 rating, Astral is suitable for use in bathroom zone 2, making it a good fit beside a mirror, above a basin, or anywhere else in the bathroom that falls outside the wetter zones closer to a bath or shower.
