Standing well over two metres tall, the Wexford Lamp Post carries two carriage style lantern heads on a fluted, tapering column that flares out into a solid octagonal base. It is a fitting built to be a garden's focal point rather than sit quietly in the background.

Finish

The black cast finish is worked with brushed silver along the flutes, mouldings and lantern caps, which keeps the detail visible even at this height and against a dark evening sky.

How it works

Each of the two lantern heads takes its own E27 lamp, angled behind textured glass with a leaded diamond motif, so light spreads out through all sides rather than beaming straight down.

Where it works best

Its height and twin heads suit a driveway, long front path or the entrance to a larger garden, somewhere it can mark the way in from a distance. It is also designed to match the smaller Wexford wall and pedestal lanterns, so you can carry the same detailing from the gate to the front door.
