Elstead Tiber Single Pendant - Polished Nickel

Clear glass, quietly detailed

This Tiber pendant uses the same mouth blown, twisted glass shade as the rest of the range, but here it is left clear, so you see straight through to the lamp and the play of light across the glass's gentle folds.

Finish and details

Metalwork is finished in polished nickel, a cooler, brighter tone than brass, with a fine twisted flex running up to the ceiling rose. Clear glass and nickel make for a light, uncluttered look that will not dominate a small kitchen or dining space.

How it works

A single E27 lamp sits inside the shade, visible through the clear glass, and is dimmable provided you fit a dimmable LED lamp. Because the glass has no tint, the light it casts is bright and clean rather than coloured.

Where it works best

Kitchens and dining rooms suit it well, on its own above a breakfast bar or repeated along a run of ceiling for a linear arrangement over a dining table.

The same shade shape is also available with amber tinted glass and brushed brass fittings, if you would rather have some warmth and colour in the glass itself.
