Strip back the details and the Tamar is just a glass drum and a metal ring, but the finish on that ring is what changes the character of the fitting.
In Polished Gold, the trim and the small central finial take on a warm, bright brass tone against the cylindrical opal glass, giving the same simple shape a richer feel than its chrome sibling.
How it works
One GX53 LED lamp is fitted behind the glass, and because the diffuser is opal rather than clear, the light comes through evenly across the whole drum instead of showing the lamp as a single point.
Where it works best
Its shallow 4.5cm depth means it sits close to the ceiling, useful in corridors, landings and any room where headroom is tight.
