A smaller light for a smaller piece

Not every picture needs the full length fitting. This single lamp version is built for smaller artwork, mirrors or prints where a longer shade would overwhelm the frame, in a flat matte black that reads as fittings rather than decoration.

The moving part

One E14 lamp holder sits on a short, curved arm that lifts away from the wall plate, adjustable at a thumbscrew joint so the beam lands on the picture rather than the wall around it.

Suits

A single framed print in a hallway, a smaller mirror, or several dotted along a gallery wall where a few short lights look better than one long one.

Matte, not shiny

The black finish has almost no shine to it, which keeps it out of the way visually; useful if the frame or wall colour is the thing you actually want people to notice.
