Elstead Norfolk Single Up Wall Lantern with PIR - Black

The same lantern, now with a lookout

This version of the Norfolk wall lantern adds a built in PIR sensor at the base of its bracket, so the light switches on by itself when it senses movement nearby rather than waiting on a switch.

Built the same way

Above the sensor, the fitting is unmistakably Norfolk: black die cast aluminium, a domed cap and finial, and glass panels made up of five leaded sections per side in a diamond pattern.

How it works

Fit one E27 bulb (a dimmable LED works if the sensor is wired past a compatible dimmer) and have it installed by a registered electrician. IP43 rated for life outdoors.

Where it works best

Back doors, side passages, garages and anywhere else you would rather the light took care of switching itself on. The sensor makes this the practical option of the two Norfolk up wall lanterns.

Like the rest of the Norfolk range, it comes from Elstead Lighting, whose traditional exterior fittings have been designed from Alton, Hampshire since 1971.
