A little lantern with a lot of character

The Norfolk Single Pedestal Lantern is the low, ground level member of the family, a compact lantern head set on a flared plinth and octagonal foot rather than a tall post or a wall bracket. It is built for marking the edges of a path, a gate or a low garden wall rather than lighting from height.

Black with diamond leaded glass

Cast in matte black with a domed, finialled top, its glass panels carry the same diamond leaded pattern as the rest of the Norfolk range, five pieces of glass per side, so the light breaks up gently rather than glaring out in one flat sheet.

How it works

A single E27 lamp holder sits inside, so you pick the bulb, warm or cool, and can dim it if you use a dimmable LED with a compatible switch. Class I wiring means it must be properly earthed on installation, as with any light living outdoors full time.

Where it works best

At 44cm tall it sits low and close to the ground, ideal in pairs flanking a gate or front step, or spaced along a driveway wall where you want a line of gentle lights rather than one dominant feature. It carries an IP43 rating for a sheltered outdoor spot.
