Milo's gourd shaped ceramic base curves up in glossy white before narrowing into a slender fluted neck, then opens out under a 36cm drum shade woven in a soft trellis lattice of dusty pink and white. It's a quieter take on pink than a bright block colour, more faded rose than bubblegum.

The base is a smooth, high gloss white ceramic, rounded at the foot and tapering to a narrow neck under the shade. A polished nickel collar sits just below the shade fitting, and a matching nickel ring forms the foot, giving the white ceramic a cool, reflective edge. The shade itself is a woven fabric drum in an interlocking diamond trellis, the pink threads muted with white rather than saturated, so the pattern reads as texture as much as colour.

How It Works

A single E27 lamp holder sits inside the shade, so light diffuses softly through the woven fabric rather than shining directly, good for a warm ambient glow rather than a reading light. Fit a dimmable E27 bulb and it will respond to a dimmer switch. The bulb itself is not included.
