Elstead Magnus Single Wall Light - Graphite

A clean-lined downlighter for the outside of the house

The Magnus is a simple cylinder of cast aluminium, fixed flush to the wall and open beneath a slim band of clear glass so the light spills straight down the brickwork. There's no fuss to it, just a confident, architectural shape that works whether you're lighting a front door or a run of garden wall.

Finished in Graphite

This version comes in a deep, matte graphite that reads almost black in daylight and disappears neatly against dark render or brick after dark, leaving just the glow from the glass band to catch the eye.

How it works

A single GX53 LED bulb sits inside the fitting and throws light downward through the clear glass band, giving a tight pool of light rather than a wide wash. It's wired to Class I and will happily take a dimmable bulb if you want to soften the glow of an evening.

Where it works best

Porches, garages, garden walls and anywhere you want a neat marker of light along a path rather than a floodlit approach. Its compact size means it sits comfortably beside doorways without overwhelming the brickwork.
