The Isla table lamp starts with an unusual base: a glossy white ceramic body pinched at the waist into a double gourd shape, more apothecary jar than standard lamp base, finished with a ring of aged brass at the foot and at the neck. On top sits a drum shade in a rich cranberry pink faux silk, giving the whole piece a confident hit of colour that most white ceramic lamps don't attempt.

The Cranberry Finish

This is the boldest of the Isla shade colours, a deep warm pink rather than anything muted or pastel. How It Works

One E27 bulb sits inside the shade on a Class I fitting; the bulb itself isn't included, so you'll want one ready before first use. Light spreads both upward through the open top of the drum and out through the faux silk, giving a soft ambient glow rather than a directional task beam. It runs from a simple in line switch, and takes a dimmable bulb if you'd rather bring the level down for evenings.
