A porch lantern that hangs rather than sits
Instead of mounting flush to a wall, this Hereford lantern drops from the ceiling on a length of chain, which suits an arched porch or a covered entrance where a pendant fitting simply makes more sense than a bracket.
Black with a window pane look
The lantern body is die cast aluminium, with a crossbar splitting each glass panel into four window style panes. The glass is seeded, giving it a slightly frosted, handmade texture rather than a flat clear finish.
How it works
Wired for one E27 bulb, not included, and built to Class I standards, so it will need an earthed supply. The chain has a middle link that lets you shorten or lengthen the drop to suit your ceiling height.

A natural fit for a recessed porch, an archway or any covered entrance with enough headroom for a hanging fitting rather than a wall mounted one.
