This is the biggest fitting in the Emily range, five arms spreading wide from a single ribbon wrapped column, each ending in a flared opal glass shade. Hung on a chain, it fills a ceiling in a way the smaller wall lights never could, without turning into a heavy, cluttered fixture.
Copper patina finish
Copper patina covers the whole frame, worn and uneven in places so the twisted ribbon detail around the central column reads as texture rather than a flat printed pattern. The five glass shades are opal white, flaring outward at the base so the light spreads sideways as much as it falls downward.
How it works
Five E14 bulbs, one per arm, give this considerably more output than the two or three light versions in the range, useful over a bigger table or in a room without much other lighting. The chain allows the drop to be set on installation, so it can be hung higher or lower depending on the ceiling.
Where it works best
At 64cm across, it wants a bit of room; a dining table or a good sized bedroom ceiling suits it better than a tight hallway. Drop is adjustable from around 53cm up to 84cm, which covers most standard ceiling heights.
