Elstead Emily 3 Light Chandelier - Copper Patina

Three arms fan out from a central column on this one, each carrying a flared opal glass shade, with the same twisted ribbon detail from the wall light version wrapped around the pole above where the arms meet. Hung from a chain rather than a flush ceiling plate, it has a bit of drop and presence to it.

Copper patina finish

The copper patina finish is warm and deliberately uneven, deepest in the recesses of the twisted metal ribbon and lighter where the arms catch more light. Each of the three glass shades is opal white, flaring out at the base to spread the light rather than direct it downward in a narrow pool.

How it works

Each arm holds an E14 bulb, so the three shades together give a rounder spread of light across a room than a single pendant would manage on its own. The chain suspension means the drop can be adjusted at fitting, useful if the room has a higher or lower ceiling than standard.

Where it works best

At 52cm across and adjustable between roughly 48cm and 78cm drop, this suits a dining table as a central pendant or a bedroom ceiling where you want more than a single bulb's worth of light spread wider.
