An unusual colour for an outdoor lantern

Green doesn't turn up often in exterior lighting, but Deco Lane carries it well. Underneath the colour it's the same dome topped, four sided coach lantern shape as the rest of the range, cast with a flat back so it sits directly against the wall instead of projecting on a bracket.

Gloss green over cast aluminium

The aluminium body is finished in a bright, glossy green, a genuinely bold option next to the more expected black, bronze and cream. The clear polycarbonate panels leave the bulb on full display rather than filtering it through tinted or patterned glass.

How it works

It houses a single E27 LED lamp, visible plainly through the clear panels, giving a direct glow rather than a soft spread of light. It will dim if you pair it with a dimmable bulb.

Where it works best

The flat back and shallow depth suit tight porches and gateways, and the green shows up best against white render, pale stone or timber cladding, where it reads as a deliberate splash of colour rather than blending in.

For a quieter finish

Deco Lane is also available in black, bronze and cream, all built to the same shape and specification, if green is a step further than you want to go.
