The Copenhagen Single Chain Lantern takes its shape from old fashioned harbour lighting, with a wide flared cap and cage sitting over a rounded glass globe. Rather than sitting flush to the ceiling, it hangs on its own chain, giving it a gentle movement and presence that a fixed fitting does not have.

Silver finish

It is made from 304 grade stainless steel, powder coated in a pale, cool Silver that reads more metallic than a flat painted grey. Against dark cladding, render or brick, that lighter tone stands out clearly rather than disappearing the way a black fitting can. The clear glass globe shows the bulb fully and lets the light spread evenly on every side.

How It Works

A single E27 lamp holder sits inside the clear glass globe, wired down through the chain from a round ceiling rose. The chain gives an adjustable drop of around 37.5cm to 97cm overall, so the hanging height can be set to suit a porch, canopy or covered patio, and it will dim if fitted with a dimmable bulb.
