One E27 lamp holder sits inside the lantern head, visible through the clear glazing on all four sides, so light spreads evenly around the post rather than throwing a single directional beam. The bulb isn't included, which means you can choose the exact colour temperature and brightness you want, and fit a dimmable bulb if you would like to control the level from an outdoor dimmer switch.
