A Light With One Job

Some picture lights try hard to be decorative in their own right; the Alton isn't one of them. It's built to do one job well, casting an even wash of light down over a picture or mirror so the artwork itself does the talking.

Polished Chrome Finish

This finish is a bright, mirror polished chrome, the most reflective option in the range, and it tends to suit contemporary interiors or rooms already furnished in chrome and glass. The slim light bar sits below a slender curved arm coming off a small circular wall plate, so the fitting reads as a fine line on the wall rather than a bulky fixture.

How It Works

A 6W LED built into the bar puts out 318 lumens at a warm 3000K colour temperature, aimed down across the artwork rather than out into the room. The LED is fixed brightness with no dimming function, just a simple on and off, and because it's integrated there's no separate bulb to change over the life of the fitting.
