Elstead Alton Single Small LED Picture Light - Polished Chrome

Some picture lights try hard to be decorative in their own right; the Alton isn't one of them. It's built to do one job well, casting an even wash of light down over a picture or mirror so the piece itself does the talking.

Polished chrome

This finish is a bright, mirror polished chrome, the most reflective option in the range, and it tends to suit contemporary interiors or rooms already furnished in chrome and glass. The bar sits on a slender curved arm coming off a small circular wall plate, so it reads as a fine line rather than a bulky fixture.

The light itself

A 6W LED built into the bar puts out 318 lumens at a warm 3000K, aimed down across the artwork rather than into the room, and there's no dimming function, just a simple on and off.

Where it earns its place

Think living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and home offices, wherever a picture, mirror or framed print needs its own light rather than relying on the room's general lighting.
