The Aegean 3 Light Chandelier trades its usual aged brass or polished nickel dress for a bright polished brass finish, turning the fitting's lantern shaped wire cage and curling scroll arms into something with real shine. It's the kind of piece that catches the light from across a room rather than blending into the ceiling.
Polished Brass Finish
The steel frame is finished in polished brass throughout, from the open cage at the centre to the scrolled arms and candle style holders, giving a warm, high shine gold tone rather than the softer patina of the aged brass version. Faceted crystal drip pans sit beneath each bulb, with cut crystal droplets hanging from the scrollwork and a slim barley twist finial dropping from the base of the fitting.
How It Works
Three arms curve out from a central column, each carrying an E14 candle style bulb above a crystal drip pan, while a third bulb sits inside the wire cage itself, so the fitting throws light both outward and through the open ironwork at its centre. It hangs on a chain rather than a fixed rod, so the drop can be adjusted at installation to suit the room. Bulbs aren't included, and as a Class I fitting it needs an earthed connection, so we'd always recommend a qualified electrician installs it.

The polished brass finish suits a dining room, entrance hall or living room that can take a bit of sparkle, somewhere with the ceiling height to let the chain hang generously and the cage and arms be seen properly rather than sitting flush against the ceiling.

Does the Aegean 3 Light Chandelier come with bulbs? No. It takes three E14 candle bulbs, which aren't included, so you can choose the style and brightness you want, and pick dimmable bulbs if you plan to use it on a dimmer switch.
Is the Aegean chandelier dimmable? Yes, as long as you fit dimmable E14 bulbs. Standard, non dimmable bulbs won't respond to a dimmer switch even if the circuit itself is dimmable.
How do I set the hanging height? It hangs on an adjustable chain rather than a fixed rod, giving a drop of between 50cm and 97.5cm, so it can be set once at installation to suit your ceiling height.
